Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of Wsm Casino Amerio, the online gambling service made available via wsmcazino.com (the "Platform"). By creating an account, depositing funds, placing wagers or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms as updated from time to time. These Terms are effective as of 21 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions published on the Platform.

  • Platform / Site means the website located at https://wsmcazino.com and any associated mobile, desktop, application, bot or mirror interfaces through which the gambling Services are offered.
  • User or Player means any natural person who accesses or uses the Platform, including those who have registered an Account, regardless of residence, including UK-based users who choose to use this offshore, non-UKGC casino.
  • Account means the registered user profile you create on the Platform to access the Services, hold balances, place Bets and manage your activity.
  • Services means all gambling, gaming, betting, promotional, transactional, wallet and ancillary services offered on or through the Platform from time to time.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Verification

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Principles

  • Game rules: Each game or category of games (including slots, live casino, table games and other offerings) is governed by its own rules, paytables and RTP information as displayed within the game client or on the Platform. By placing a Bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
  • Acceptance of Bets: A Bet is deemed accepted when it appears as confirmed on your screen and is recorded on our servers. Bets that have not been confirmed or that are interrupted before confirmation are considered void and will not be processed as valid wagers.

  • Eligibility: Bonus eligibility may depend on factors such as country of residence, payment method, deposit size, previous activity and compliance with earlier Promotions. The Operator may exclude certain Players or groups from Promotions at its discretion, provided such exclusion is not unlawfully discriminatory.
  • Bonus credits: Bonuses may be credited as separate bonus funds, free spins or other tokenised benefits. Unless clearly stated otherwise, Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the relevant wagering and other conditions are fully satisfied.

Combining Promotions

  • Non-stacking rule: Unless expressly permitted, Bonuses and Promotions cannot be combined or "stacked" on top of each other. Where more than one Bonus is available, only one may be active at a time, and accepting a new Bonus may cause the existing Bonus to be forfeited.
  • Promo codes: The use of any bonus or promo code is subject to the specific conditions communicated with that code. Misuse, sharing or publication of non-public codes may result in removal of the related Bonus and, if necessary, other sanctions.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods and Crypto Processing

Exchange Rates, Volatility and Chargebacks

Refunds, Reversals and On-Chain Errors

  • Refund policy: Once a deposit has been credited and used for wagering, it is not normally refundable. In exceptional circumstances (for example, a demonstrable technical error), the Operator may, at its discretion and without creating an obligation to do so in future cases, process a refund.
  • Mistaken transfers: Transfers of Crypto Assets to incorrect addresses, unsupported currencies or wrong networks are typically irreversible. The Operator will not be liable for such mistakes, although we may attempt to assist where technically feasible and proportionate.

Limitation of Liability

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Technical and network failures: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for losses arising from internet outages, latency, hardware or software failures on your side, blockchain network malfunctions, denial-of-service attacks or other events beyond its reasonable control.
  • Indirect and consequential loss: The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or reputational harm, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Liability cap: Subject to the mandatory protections described below, the Operator's maximum aggregate liability in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the higher of (a) the amount of the relevant Bet or Wager placed by you in respect of which the liability arises, or (b) the amount of funds in your Account at the time the issue occurred.

Consumer Rights and Non-Excludable Liability

  • Non-excludable provisions: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or, where applicable, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law.

Termination & Suspension

Termination by the Player

  • Closure request: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support at support@wsmcazino.com or through any available account management tools on the Platform.
  • Balances on closure: Upon closure, any remaining real-money (crypto) balance, less any applicable fees or chargebacks and subject to compliance checks, will normally be returned to you via an approved withdrawal method. Bonus funds that have not met all conditions may be cancelled.

Suspension or Termination by the Operator

Dormant and Inactive Accounts

Courts and Other Remedies

  • Court jurisdiction: Subject to any applicable mandatory laws, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including their existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao.
  • Consumer rights: If you are a consumer residing in a country that provides mandatory rights to bring claims in local courts, these Terms are not intended to deprive you of such rights where they cannot lawfully be excluded; however, enforcement of judgments against an offshore crypto casino may be practically complex.
